Perspiration Pals - 17th April

Hello my fellow P Pals!

First of all, I would like to wish our dear P Pal Deb a happy birthday! Deb, if youre reading this, have an amazing day and enjoy yourself! :) Also, Id love for you to share with us your day, so we can cheer with you or provide support if needed. :)

So, how are you all this Saturday? Do you have any fun activities planned or just chill and enjoy the rest from work? Or are you even working?

This meme speaks the truth. Since covid lockdowns are in place, my wardrobe got updated with exercise clothes, new exercise sneakers, and even PowerBlocks (though they are not a part of the wardrobe). The funny part is, I still want some more exercise clothes! Who else can relate? :D

So how about workouts? Any sweaty HIIT sessions or a slow rest day? :) I just finished my Burn day 16, a total body cardio workout (I was sweating so much!). I cleaned my whole apartment before the workout, so I got in an extended warm up. :D At first I wasnt really in a mood for literally anything in the morning. I kicked myself to get in my workout clothes for cleaning, because I was really looking forward to get my workout complete, and I was constantly reminded that I can go work out after everything is shiny!

What is your go-to method that you use on yourself when you need to take care of some unpleasant responsibilities? :)

Lets not forget about food! What is on your menu today? :) Im thinking of experimenting with creamy pumpkin risotto, though Im a little short on some ingredients, so I will have to improvise. :D
