I love using an FB program to count down to something fun!
I decided to try that with my second dose of vaccine! My second dose is May 11, and with starting Sweat today, I’ll finish May 10 (if I go by the calendar lol)
I’m so excited to get my second round, and I think doing Sweat will help keep me sane while I wait out this final four week push to being fully vaccinated.
I remember enjoying this program, and it’s been over a year since I’ve done it, so I’m also excited to experience it again.
Today started out true to Sweats name - I’m drenched and feel great! No PFT for me - sometimes too many metrics can feel triggering (for me), and right now I want to practice listening to my body without too many numbers involved.
Also, sidenote - I can finally pull my hair into a messy (still falling down in the back lol) ponytail and I’m pretty happy about that 😂💕
