I became a member in 2014. Been doing odd workouts in periods until spring last year. Bought my first program "FB strong". Worked out for a week and hit a wall, it was too hard. It took me until August to overcome my "failure". A had added 5kg, not muscles, and was in worse shape. Desided to invest in my health and bought a couple of easier programs and set my mind too it. By Christmas I was in really good shape again. This week I decided to try Strong again and it feels "easy". Feeling so good and proud of myself. Keep up the good work everyone and don't forget.
