Day 17 Complete. Great, sweaty workout! Glad I stretched yesterday because there's no way I would have had the energy yesterday. But it was funny how in the stretching video, Kelli was talking about how stretching workouts help you do all the other workouts, and while I know that, I actually felt a difference in my body today. For example, there were toe tap leg raises in the warm-up, and I was able to reach farther than I usually do and more comfortably. I'd call that a "listening-to-your-body" win :)
