since you are asking for ideas and input for new workouts: I would love to see more Animal-/Primal-Move-oriented exercises. I already saw the crawl and lizard-hops in some workouts. I think more of these kinds of movements would add variety to the bodyweight-, balance- and agility-categoryies.
I am also thinking more typical exercises from the calisthenics/mobility-range: stuff like deep squats, arm-balances, one-legged-exercises, L-sits.
