I’m thinking of picking up a martial art since I’m very interested in self defence and learning a new skill. I believe the class I want to attend happens twice a week Monday and Wednesday, although I would still really like to continue using Fitness Blender throughout the week for muscle gain etc.
Any suggestions on how I may do this? Is martial arts total body, cardio or strength? Haha 😆 it’s all new to me!
