This is the worst time to be sick, but to be fair, I am pretty much okay now. Viral fever, doctors say.
My family was slightly sick, not COVID-19, but viral fever. I was quite well. I did my workout, studied, and did some cooking. Until halfway through my online class (today, it was in the evening). I then started getting a big headache, which was then followed by incredible exhaustion and high temperature. I had medicine, and I feel much stronger now.
I don't know if I shouldn't work out tomorrow because I feel under the weather, but I'm still quite alright. I can talk well, read, stand and move around, but there is still lingering tiredness.
Any tips on what I can do? Do I skip my workout entirely? Or do I go for some light stretching and call it a day? I know the workouts I do depend on what I am feeling on that day, but it's nice to have some suggestions.
