The plan was to do day 12.

I might still do it but my muscles in the neck are pretty tight on one side. Lifting seems to make it worse. Been dealing with this for a while but it’s worse lately.

I did a bunch of stretching and rolling and overall I think it’s looser.

Also made a PT appointment.

The next 2 days are supposed to be rest days so hopefully I can get back to it Thursday.
