1st Monday for April Workout (Cardio + Brisk Walk Combination)

Hi Fitnessblenders,🤾‍♀️

What workouts did you complete or will complete today? 🧗‍♂️

Today, I did "5 miles" (5,240 steps) of cardio🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️ & brisk walking🚶‍♀️combination

(A) The brisk walk included:

1) Arm workout🏋️‍♀️, using resistance band; while, walking. It's a "brain teaser"

2) Ab workot: crunches while walking, and standing core workout, using resistance band

3) Lower body workout🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️: brisk walking & jogging. Plus, standing lower body workouts, using resistance band.

(B) This will get my ready for FB workouts, this week doing cardio+resistance work videos 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

🔆But, not 5-days straight, LOL, I will take rest days to stretch/ yoga🧘‍♀️.
