If you’ve been working out awhile, do you remember how you felt after your first few workouts?
Do you remember gradually feeling stronger, more capable, more confident? Can you think of something that you can do much better now than before? You might be able to think of a long list.
For those of you just getting started (or re-starting), don’t worry about where you are today. Make a commitment to do the best you can, and stick with it. Everyone starts somewhere and as you work at it, your endurance will improve and you will get stronger and stronger.
Your fitness will improve, you will be able to do more, your chance of injury (if you listen to your body!) will decrease, and you will feel better.
