do you know the feeling that today you absolutely have to do this one, enormously strenuous workout. Because... well, after all, you did it before and of course you have to increase or at least stay on the same level with your workouts, right? And especially on days when you actually feel sluggish and tired, you keep putting off this awfully sweaty workout until it's actually too late and you go to bed without a "workout complete".
Wouldn't it make much more sense then to do a less challenging workout instead of none at all? Theoretically, yes, but if only all the good advice I give myself was always so easy to implement... ;)
Unfortunately, I make this mistake again and again and the longer I put off this strenuous workout, the worse it gets in my head.
At least, because I've made this mistake so many times, I've also found a "Feel Good" workout that I can fall back on when I've once again landed in this darn vicious circle.
Do you know these thoughts? Do you also have a "Feel Good" workout that brings you back on track? Or do you have completely different tricks?
In any case, I wish you all a healthy mindset and joy in sports. And if there are people among you who also like to overexert themselves and do irrational things, maybe it helps you to know that you are not alone :)
Workouts for motivation
Hello my dear Fellow-Blenders,
do you know the feeling that today you absolutely have to do this one, enormously strenuous workout. Because... well, after all, you did it before and of course you have to increase or at least stay on the same level with your workouts, right? And especially on days when you actually feel sluggish and tired, you keep putting off this awfully sweaty workout until it's actually too late and you go to bed without a "workout complete".
Wouldn't it make much more sense then to do a less challenging workout instead of none at all? Theoretically, yes, but if only all the good advice I give myself was always so easy to implement... ;)

I LOVE this Workout. It usually brings me some good sweat and myself back on track and reminds me that everything is fine, as long as I move.
And sometimes after having started moving, I even add on an extra challenge like this one:

In any case, I wish you all a healthy mindset and joy in sports. And if there are people among you who also like to overexert themselves and do irrational things, maybe it helps you to know that you are not alone :)
