I started the FB 30 Round 4 program on March 1st and completed it today.
I also added 20 minute yoga sessions and/or 30-45 minutes of walking on most days, and the occasional total rest days.
I enjoyed this program in spite of there being more total body and body focus/hiit combos than I'm used to.
Next week I'm taking some time off strength training and will reintroduce spinning and treadmill intervals, with longer yoga sessions.
After that, who knows? I've got several programs and all those Plus Challenges to choose from.
