Hey hey, Blendies! How are you on this Monday morning, afternoon, or evening?
A couple thank you, thank yous to Alexi for hosting up the weekend! Much appreciated and wonderfully done as always.
And this weekend we've got Coby to look forward to! ..And on a check-in scheduling note, I really won't be able to do a check-in for this Friday, April 2nd. So if one of you guys want to take Friday or maybe even Coby turn her ghosting into 3 days, let me know! ..Kim will be back hosting on Monday, April 5th ..And from then on, her and I will alternate every 2 weeks. Makes sense? Sound good? Okay then! Let's get to checking in!
What are the workouts or rest you have going on? I'm resuming a flexy booty combo and today has some glute choices. Haven't quite made up my mind, but I think I might go for the workout that uses bands. What about you, my buddies, and other blenders here? Excited about your workout? Hope so! It should be enjoyed! Or that feeling of a cool down and workout complete should be. Just remember to push safely and don't demand too much of yourself. Exercise and healthy life is a long game, so you might as well like it!
Okay, we should also like food too, so how is that cooking up? I don't have solid or even soupy plans for a meal. I think I'll just find whatever I see. Do a little eeny meeny miny moe from the fridge to the pantry and go from there. How about you? I always love reading and seeing all your yummy foods!
As for the picture share today, it is just some red maple leaves blowing around. We've been getting a couple breezy days and so I thought it looked neat. I know a picture can't capture the exactness of breezy movements, but the lighting is kinda cool here too.
