A strange milestone: since I've started using FB for workouts and nutrition advice, my immune system probably gained the most strength! When my generalized anxiety was at its worst, my workout routine was flimsy (and didn't include FitB), and my nutrition was pretty crap, finals week or any stressor inevitably meant getting a cold at the least. I was always tired and easily-stressed. Now, even though I live in a rainier climate and my life includes more and higher-stakes pressures (vet school and working part-time for horse hospital emergency calls), I hardly get ill. I've never felt happier, stronger, more resilient, and more energetic. Thank you to the moon and back, K & D!
