Hi everyone. I've just finished fb30 and am planning to move on to bored easily. As the weather improves, I find 5 workouts a bit too much as I'm doing a lot more activities outdoors (ie: biking and hiking). I was thinking of scheduling the bored easily 3 days a week and wondered if anyone has tried this? Any suggestions? Many thanks
