I have been doing fit round 2 for the past 5 weeks (finishing week 5 today a little later than planned). I am thinking about waiting until Monday to start week 6 because I am currently really stressed with uni stuff and not in the mood for hour-long workouts. Instead, I might just do whatever I feel like for the next couple of days (probably a lot of yoga and stretching :)) and start fresh and hopefully a lot less stressed next week.
Are there any workout videos that always help you feel less stressed?

Btw, I wanted to update you all on how FB round 2 has been for me after each week but I truly did not have the motivation :) I think I only did it after the first week and then never again. Just know that I have been doing the workouts (taking it easier on days that I really did not feel like working out and giving it my all on others).
I am planning on giving a review on the whole program at the end though!
