Help! Best workouts to primarily gain muscle and lose a little bit of fat?
Hi all,
I'm a petite vegan and I struggle to put on mass. I have a very small frame/ bone structure. I want to increase my body size - arms and legs especially, but I would also love to lose a little bit of stubborn fat, 2% or 3%.
I'm currently working through the 8 week FB 30 program.
