I made this Slow and gentle routine (2 weeks) I will share with you day by day, to help me relax and stretch my muscles in times I am not able to do more demanding workouts and also, to slowly get back into the habit of consciously moving throughout the day. The key message of this routine is a frequent quote of Kelli and Daniel: "it is always a question, not a demand.".
Day 1 was a 20 minute lower body stretching routine:
Its the newest video for FB plus, the time went right by, and it was good to feel my muscles again. I can recommend this routine even for relaxation. I paired it with the breathing routine and cleared my head.
How is your day going? Do you do this sort of workouts often or not so much?
Thank you for reading and enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
