Happy First Day of Spring for those in the Northern Hemisphere,
Thought of the Day:
"The mind is always creating thoughts. That is what it does. Rather than becoming attached to the thoughts, step back, and observe them."
So I was MIA yesterday. As soon as Savannah left for the bus I was off to town for an appointment that took a lot longer than planned. So yesterday was a rest day and today I will continue with Day 12 of Strong.
It is a butt and thigh strength training sweatfest with Kelli. I am also adding the following cardio workout for EC.
