I had a really unexpected NSV today. I posted recently about adding 8 lbs to my squats. This has been some time in the making due to my knee weaknesses.
Today I did an LBS workout with 3 sets per move of descending reps 10,8,6 and increasing weight. I did the 10 and 8 squats with 8 lb and then thought, could I lift more? turns out I may not have been pushing myself hard enough as I could lift 20 lbs for the 6 reps!! clean form, same ROM.
Also pleased to find my curtsey lunge ROM is deeper (still BWO though)
