Hi there, I’m just wondering which programme, out of the ones I have, re best for blasting the weight off? I also do lots of kickboxing stuff, so might try and add them in too. I usually have around an hour every day, with 1-2 days off!
I added strong to my calendars but I wonder if I need some more cardio, which is why I wondered about doing kickboxing alongside, plus some days aren’t too long.
Some advice please?
