Ever since I gave birth to twins (about 3.5 years ago), I have had more trouble sucking in / activating my core as much as I should. I've been working consistently since January 1 (5 days per week with fitness blender programs). I know I am getting stronger, and I have lost some weight too.
I'm just wondering: will it get easier to suck in my core and work it after I lose more weight? Or should I somehow be working it harder right now?
I don't have Diastasis recti according to my doctor. But I do notice that my obliques are much more toned than the middle of my belly.
