Advice for foot pain during workouts

Hi all!

Cardio and HIIT are my least favourite workouts these days, a lot because any jumping move that gets me on my toes ends up killing my feet. I have plateaued with my cardio fitness because my foot pain means I can't move any faster or go for longer. I don't want to make my feet any worse, but I don't want to only do low impact forever.

I've already had my feet checked and I wear orthotics in my workout shoes, but does anyone have any advice or tips to help remedy the pain so I can learn to love cardio again?
