28 weeks and 5 days

Hi everyone, I haven’t posted in a long long time. Just wanted to tell you all I’m expecting my second one (almost touching 29weeks) and choosing to stay active for as long as I can. The HIIT exercises have turned into lower-intensity workouts. Doing a lot of strength and core exercises. Cannot thank FB for being there in my journey. I still remember the first time I used it - postpartum after my son was born, way back in early 2017. And, now with my second one..! I Am sharing a before and after baby bump picture :)
