How does this second day of March find you? Everything going ok (or ok-ish)?

How are your workouts treating ya today? Or maybe you are still feeling yesterday's, perhaps? Maybe you're ready and rarin' to go after some rest? (Or maybe ready and rarin' to go FOR some rest?)
No matter which way you turn, I hope you enjoy what you're doing!
So what do you have on your workout/rest schedule for today?
Yesterday I did a combo of Daniel's advanced kickboxing and his newest pushup video; and whew, does that make your upper back muscles toasty. I am most definitely feeling that now. I can't remember the last time I really did kickboxing--so I'm not the least bit surprised I feel it so much.
And as for today: I've got a core day with Day 10 of Strong. It's the one with 5 minutes of HIIT plus core work. There is a very high likelihood that I will also tag on a 10 or so minute lower body strength routine as well.
And what about the refuel, Blendfriends? What deliciousness is fueling your life, your workouts, your rest, your appetite today? What's on the menu?
I am very much undecided on this front. It will probably be something very quick and very tasty (i.e. eggs + veggies + cheese + salsa + tortilla = much yums)
