I've been kind of quiet on here. Mostly because I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing fitness-wise. I walked 3 days last week and didn't have too much arthritis pain! I limited myself to 1.5 miles so this week I might try to bump it up a little. Testing the waters is annoying, but it's necessary for me right now!
I'm also doing another no alcohol month and trying to get back to my IF schedule (nothing crazy, I really just focus on drinking 48 oz of water before I eat breakfast and then don't eat after 6pm).
Since I really cannot push it in the workout department, I really need to focus on my diet and eating reasonable portions of clean food!
The weather here in Ohio is starting to break a bit and I'm getting anxious to start working in my garden again! I've got like 2 months before I can plant, but man, the sunny days make me want to get my hands dirty 😁
