Alright, on to today, Blendfriends!
Being it's the first of a month, do you have any new goals you're starting/working on? Do you do that kind of thing at the beginning of the month? Or are you just kinda whatever about everything?
I'm definitely the latter.
So what workouts will be starting our March off with? Or maybe today is a rest day for you?
I'm scheduled for Day 9 of Strong which is an upper body routine. It's a bored easily one, that I may swap out. We shall see.
And what do we have on the menu for today, Blendies? Anything fun? Or delicious? Or easy?
I'm not really sure yet. Maybe leftovers? Maybe beef cheeks with polenta? It could go either way at this point.
And before I sign off: I'd like to welcome back our sunny and stunning Shabnam from her break. I hope it treated you well, I hope you feel rested and recuperated--and we're so happy to have you back, Shabnam❤️. You were missed!
