February Complete!

Pleased with how consistent I've been during February - I've worked out most days which has helped greatly while being in lockdown again!

It's been nice this month, picking my own workouts, but excited for the structure of the FB Plus Short and Sweet challenge starting tomorrow.

Does anyone recommend any particular warm ups/cool downs to go with those videos? If not, I know there are plenty to choose from and I can always warm up with some bad dancing to mix things up 🤣
