I have to say I didn't realise how much I needed it until I was done! I do love pilates but normally I am pushing myself, I tend to add bands as much as possible I just love the engagement and the burn. But today I was tired, motivation wasn't that high and I just felt a little off. So I decided to keep it light and I just felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards. I actually went on to do a short ballet class! and now feel really 'clear' (and a bit achy I won't lie but it's the nice kind!)
Just seemed to fall on completely the right day for me
