HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 22nd

Good morning Blender friends, wishing you all a healthy and energized start to your week.

I'm feeling a little pressed for time today, as I will be going in to the office. This inspires me to give us a thought on time :

“The time which we have at our disposal every day is elastic; the passions that we feel expand it, those that we inspire contract it; and habit fills up what remains.” (Marcel Proust)

I think I get what he means about our passions making time seem to broaden. I had to look up the context of "the passions we inspire contract it", and he had just discussed how he did not want to burden the woman he wanted to see, and that it can be tiresome when others want us to visit when we're otherwise engaged (preparing to move, or doing something we love). Otherwise, well, I do agree that habit fills up the rest, and that's why it's so important to have a good workout habit! Do you cultivate any good habits?
