In the past I have completed FB Booty twice and loved the results, just really disliked doing a lower body workout with a sore lower body, lol. Now I would like to start again but I started doing yoga more frequently because I love it and it's great for my mental health, so it takes up 3-4 days per week. In the other 3 days I have been doing upper body, lower body and core, one for each day.
I would like to start FB Booty but maybe replace one of the days with a core workout? I don't really know how to go about this.
Mixing FB Booty with other workouts?
