I hope all is well with you!

How have your workouts been treatin ya so far this week? Everything good there?

Hope so!

I finally got a workout complete yesterday! I chose this one: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/tabata-kettlebell-workout-and-abs-and-obliques-workout-45-minute-kettlebell-training from the wonderful suggestion of Shelly. And THANK YOU, Shelly! This workout was awesome!! I haven't done it in ages, and had forgotten about it completely! I loved the 3 back-to-back 45 second intervals, and my muscles are very much feeling it today! Those kettlebell swings, man. I wish they were in more routines! I was also really glad to see some upright rows in a routine too! This one was majorly fun, sweaty, and low impact! Plus, K & D were hilarious (as always), and it was an overall positive workout experience. Just what I needed! So thank you, thank you, Shelly!

And anything fun planned in the realm of food today, Blenders?

Not a lot here. Probably leftovers!
