HKS (Healthy, Kind, Support) Accountability Group February 16th
Good Tuesday morning blendfriends! We are in the midsts of a snowstorm here. I was supposed to go to our regional office in Montréal today, but seeing the forecast yesterday, I asked my colleague if we could go on Thursday instead and she agreed. I have to meet up with her so she can give me my access card and program an alarm code for me, in case we ever get to actually work in an office sometime in the future.
I will be doing day 3 of FB Short and Sweet and FB Fundamentals today. I might not be able to go for a walk at lunchtime if this snow does not let up. We’ll be having thaï red curry for supper tonight. David will likely spend the whole day outside to clear the snow at his place of work, so I will give him a break from cooking tonight and take care of it.
What have you planned today? I always enjoy reading about everyone’s workout, what good food you have prepared, what other activity you are enjoying and how your day is going. Everyone is most welcome to join in!
And I am so grateful for everyone’s constant support. This group has shown time and time again true compassion, encouragement and given strength to anyone who needs it. Like how we keep sending positive thoughts Maria’s way for her continued recovery.
