I have worked out for four decades with consistency. It's part of my life. But I am new to FBP and wanted to know what people do to stay motivated, curious and positive. I have a trainer whom I work out with three times a week on zoom-for strength training, core and cardio-am hoping to use FBP to fill in gaps and provide some more variety. I would love to hear how people use the FBP as well as some tips for motivation. I am trying it out for 2 months to see if I will use it enough.....
My uncle Chuck used to say the day you don't want to work out is the day you need it the most. Today I did a short walk outside in the Ontario cold! Lovely light. But want an energy booster.
