2nd workout of the week complete

Hey fbf. How’s everyone doing? Today’s workout was fat burning tank top arms with cardio intervals. I used 5lb weights for most of the workout to give myself more of a challenge since I normally use 3/4lbs weights. I was able to make it through most of it with the 5lb and my arms were burning a little bit lol but that’s good. I’m going to be feel that eventually lol the most challenging part that gets me every time I do this one is the downward knee 🤦🏽‍♀️😩but I’ll get one day. I’m al tired out now lol
