Setback

Hello fb family, so I've had a setback recently with my fitness journey. Over the past year and a half I have really gotten into a well rounded fitness regime, doing a variety of workouts including HIIT, cardio, strength training, Pilates and yoga. I discovered a love for strength training and invested in range of weight dumbbells. However I have had 2 kids, they are only 3 and 1, and I've been struggling with bladder issues and weak pelvic floor. I have therefore had to cut out any jumping exercises (no HIIT at all, and only low impact cardio) and had to give up strength training because I shouldn't be lifting heavy weights. I'm gutted. I enjoy Pilates so I've been doing more of that, but it doesn't burn as many calories, and you don't get that same raised heart rate oomph hit. I was wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar, and what they did about it? Feeling a bit low. Thank you.
