Goals going into next week

Y'all I've been struggling mentally with being stuck inside. I've been plowing through my workouts and haven't missed any, but my diet hasn't been the best. I have also been noticing that I have to convince myself more often to workout.

This coming week is my "lady week" so I'm already tired looking at what's on my calendar. I've been thinking about how to handle the week and I'm wondering if I shouldn't take a break from my program and do some pilates/yoga/recovery cardio...

I don't think it will help me mentally to take a full on break, I still want to work out, but maybe something lighter would be better.

That and focus on getting back on track with my diet.

I have like 3 ish more months of winter 😭 with no end of WFH in sight. I'm going to try to get outside when it's a little warmer but for now, I'm just going to try to keep my head up 😩😫
