Workouts for those of us with diastasis recti

I am doing the FB Booty and then throwing in upper body and core exercises just sort of randomly. I have tried out probably 4-5 of the core videos and what I’ve experienced is that there are a lot of crunches. I’ve recently started having some pain with crunches in my abdominal midline and my diastasis recti has become more visible. Does anyone know of good FB core workouts that won’t stress this area so much? I love the workouts because they are giving me results, but I don’t know how to modify them for my specific needs. Hope someone else has gone through most of the core workouts and can make some suggestions!! Thanks in advance!
