I wanted to take it slow during the next two weeks and therefore scheduled the FB Plus fundamentals challenge to start today. Now I wondered if I had extra energy, if I could add some light cardio on top of the workout from the challenge, and if yes, in which order should I do that?
For your reference: the fundamentals workouts are often Pilates or light toning for posture and balance, and by "light cardio", I mean level 2-3 cardio between 15-20 minutes... And I am now unsure whether to do the cardio or the fundamentals workouts first? 🤔
Maybe someone knows some advice or has experience how it works best? I browsed through the forum a little, but could not find anything that helped me decide :(
