Hello and happy Sunday, Blendies. A new week is here, and I hope it brings us better tidings than the one we just finished.
We're off to a super start, since it's Super Bowl Sunday here on the US. Anyone tuning in today to support their favorite team? Perhaps the halftime show is your speed? Or maybe you're just in it for the snacks? I'm making vegan nachos to get in the spirit, even though I won't be watching the game.
In terms of movement, will you be taking off and running like a wide receiver? Or holding steady like a tackle? For me weekends are about active recovery, so I'll go for another walk and do some stretching as well.
The picture I've shared with you is some sourdough bagels I made last weekend. I topped then with everything seasoning, a few with zataar, and one cinnamon sugar. Anyone else like to bake or cook over the weekend?
Well I'm off to the grocery store, but I hope everyone has a restful and lovely day.
