I'm having a Sjogrens flare up day 😕.
My body is so frustrating.
Also. We are into deep winter here and I'm feeling the isolation hard. At least when it's warm I can walk outside. WFH has its perks but also flaws for sure....
So for today I'm going to focus on my healthy foods and really focus on my form during pilates and that just has to be good enough.
