So, I started tracking everything about a week ago on MyFitnessPal just to actually get a sense of what I was eating. I had a few foods for which I wasn't able to log the full nutrition info, but that being said, it has me waaay under for calcium, potassium, Vitamin A and Iron. (although apparently I get plenty of sodium). My calorie deficit isn't that strict (looking to lose about .5-1 lbs per week).
Anyway, does anyone have experience with this? I thought I was eating pretty well...but now I'm concerned.
