We pushed two new workout videos live this week.

On Sunday, we released our newest free workout video—No Equipment Bodyweight Workout - At Home Core, Butt, and Thighs Workout.

On Monday, we released our newest FB Plus workout video—Lower Body Strength Training and Pilates Workout with Glute Activation Exercises.

Did you try them out yet? If so, what did you think? We’d love to hear from you, and to get your requests for future workouts. We have a long list in production, of course, but we’re always listening and want to provide as much great content as we can.
