Blendies! Hey Blendies, guess what? It's Friday! We finally made it! A rough and long week for me and just a little more to go, but I am feeling better today. Felt like I had some kind of anxiety hangover with a sensitive brain going on yesterday. But I took it easier and reminded myself not to get so overloaded which I kinda tend to do and what was starting to happen. Stressful news kinda had a way of tipping the scales into the falling apart zone. I'm not completely over that drama, but also know that it's a situation I can't control. And it is what it is.
What I want to hold on to and appreciate at times like this is what makes me so happy; like my tight knit family and my furbabies. And my FB Fam!! Thank you never quite covers it, but thank you for always reminding me of what a beautiful community I am part of. Your pictures and words did bring a smile to my face and really helped with how I was feeling. Just to be able to share and feel support truly makes me feel I've got a family here. It's been proven time and time again.
Anyway, how are you? How's the workouts and rest? Yesterday's active static lower body routine has put my lower body in a coma, lol. No seriously, I said to Daniel serveral times during the workout that I'm convinced he's trying to kill me. Static holds are the worst! But this is also another one of my lower body favorites and I loved every burning second! Today will be an upper body routine that was originally planned for yesterday and after that I will have finished FB Complete! Anyone else getting their program or challenge complete today? It's been pretty neat having options to fit the daily needs. Anyway, I hope you enjoy(ed) your workouts or rest today!
And how about some food? Food was all over the place for me this week, but today is an easy one for me as I will be making pizza! No more words needed--just needs to be made and eaten.
Okay, so as for ghosting (guest hosting) the weekend, Jacqueline was first so you can do it if you want! I know first come first serve might not be the best strategy given time zones and I had no real order; so unless someone really wanted to ghost, it will be Jacqueline. And thank you for those who volunteered! Having back ups and others willing to step in any time helps so much if I can't get around to it or need a break!
And before I go, I set you guys up for a bright day to resume/end/start with a pic where I'm once again dropping blue sky bombs. And more leaves, but this time from my pear tree that had some red going on before they fell off. Kinda neat I think. Anything that looks remotely artsy or interesting is getting photoed now, lol.
