Heya P Pals,

How is it going? I am here in the middle of an online meeting and must've checked a thousand times that my camera and mic aren't ON. I mean I could have focused on meeting, but who does that, right? 😏

Workouts: It was a lower body workout with HIIT + strength with K. Didn't really feel like even starting today's workout but I just clicked play and went ahead. Glad I did that. Some days I think that's what is needed, to just get it done!

So what do you do when your motivation dwindles in the morning/evening? Tell me about your day -workouts, other activities, motivations, food etc!
