So I had a sort of breakthrough today. In December I was really into my workouts doing something every day (balanced not overdoing it.) But then into the second week of January bluergh! life/ lockdown/ anxiety/ January/ insomnia/ whatever happened!
Last night I managed to get 5 hours sleep and this morning I felt I wanted a workout, I needed that movement that time for me. So I did ;
It felt really good. I had to switch my weights down a little which was fine but overall I was happy that the 3 week break hadn't pushed me back too much. I am going to try and stay in this 'space'.
