Hey fbf. Soo today I decided to try something new that I haven’t done in God knows how long which is Pilates. I opted to do the 10 min Pilates that helps with the thighs. Omg I feel so ashamed that I couldn’t barely even get through of some of the movements my body isn’t used to doing those types of movements 🤦🏽♀️ However even though I feel like I struggled I still got through it and overall it wasn’t too bad but I really need to do more of those types of exercises to help strengthen me overall
Pilates fail 😩 workout but still completed
