I'd been doing so well since the start of the year. Working out 4-5 days a week doing level 3 videos, 30-40 minutes a day; 30 minutes of gentle yoga and 40 minute walks. It felt wonderful and my energy was good.
Then there was yesterday: intense fatigue hit so hard I'm near tears all day long. My lower body workout (which I'd enjoyed in the past, many times)was so difficult I had to drop the weights completely and fast forward the hiit. I couldn't understand what was happening.
Then I remembered that the same thing happened to me last June. Sudden intense muscle fatigue. I'd never experienced anything like that. And it lasted 10 days.
Let's just say I learned a lesson last Spring: when my body needs rest, I'll rest!
So for now I'll go for short walks, if only to get some air and not feel sorry for myself.
Forced to rest again ☹

I'll be back at it soon, and grateful for it! 💪🙂
