Daily Check-in: Wednesday, January 27th

Hello and happy Wednesday to you! Or maybe this Wednesday isn't so happy, which is perfectly fine. Life can't run at a 24/7 positivity rate. Sometimes you're negative and from a pandemic sense, this is a good thing. Seriously speaking though; the thought is nice to wish for happy good days--days that make you feel good, but maybe the day isn't anything but just a day neither happy nor sad. Could be lots of things in between to extreme, so how is it for you?

This week has been busy for me! But not that bad. Just really busy. This time I didn't get to my strength workout yesterday. Things got ahead of me and my shoulders actually wasn't feeling it. So I played workout hooky and just skipped it. I'd be lying if I said it didn't bother me, but I just have to let that go and know it's okay to skip. Besides, today there is a kickboxing option, so I deff look forward to that. ^So that's where I'm at. Hopefully able to punch away at life and keep on swinging! What about you guys? Workouts going alright and left? Always have to work both sides.

And what shall it be for the food? Dig up some delicious and let us know how you be nourishing your body! I've been winging left and right this week on meals. Today is no different. Maybe something with ground beef.
