Did this earlier and I find it extra difficult today. See, I'm on my third week of Abs R2, and it is my first program after more than two months of break. I have done this workout several times before and I used to be able to do all the HIIT in hard versions but today, I was totally running out breath and needing to switch to easier versions. I felt sluggish. But I'm ok with it because I understand that I've been on months of total break and tbh I hadn't been eating the "right" kind of foods lately 😅 I just figured out how important nutrition really is in terms of how your body performs during your workouts. There's difference and you'd totally feel it.
